Shipping and Delivery Policies
Free Shipping within the 48 contiguous
United States:
Shipping and handling costs us BIG money.
EXTREME GOLF does not add shipping or handling charges to any order you
place with us on the Internet regardless of the order size, as long as we
can ship your order via ground carrier of our choosing, normally either the
U.S. Postal Service, FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground. The confirming
emails you receive with every order you place with us will indicate both the
shipping date, and a delivery date estimate with tracking number(s), if
applicable. We always strive to deliver as early as possible.
Delivery times will generally range from 2 to 7 business days, dependent on
distance and the shipping method that we choose.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:
Shipping and handling costs to Alaska or
Hawaii are even higher.
Unless otherwise specified on individual item
pages, we do not ship outside the contiguous 48 States FREE of charge.
If you place an online order that requires
shipping to AK or HI, we will contact you via email with exact
additional shipping charges.
Shipping to Canada, Mexico, and all other
International Locations:
Unless otherwise specified on individual item
pages, we do not ship to FREE of charge to International locations. Our online ordering
system will not calculate and add International shipping and handling
charges.
If you place an online order that requires International shipping, we will contact you via email with exact
additional charges.
International
Customers we ship to will be responsible for
payment of any applicable duties and taxes, assessed in
accordance with the Laws of your Country. As is standard
practice, your
transaction with us includes the cost of the item(s)
you
have purchased plus shipping charges (if any), only.

for Special and Expedited Orders, or if you'd
rather just place
a Phone Order. At EXTREME GOLF, the price
you see is the price you pay! Certain Special Orders may require a
handling fee assessed by the product manufacturer.
Expedited
Shipping and Delivery:
EXTREME GOLF's official air carrier is
UPS. Please place your expedited order via telephone. In the
event that you placed it online already, call us ASAP to arrange for faster
delivery. We'll be happy to use our account, or your account from
whichever carrier you prefer.
Return Policy:
Should you choose to cancel or return any part of or all of your order, you
are responsible for the return of any items delivered or still in transit.
Assuming returned items
arrive in their original condition, we will promptly apply a credit
refund to your original purchase transaction. Credit applied does not
include our shipping and handling cost incurred, whether or not you paid for
shipping when we fulfilled your original purchase transaction.
Additionally, a restocking fee may apply at our sole discretion.

ILLINOIS. NON-ILLINOIS RESIDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT EXTREME GOLF ACCEPTS
NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY SALES TAXES TO YOUR STATE. IF
YOUR STATE REQUIRES THAT YOU PAY SALES TAXES IN ANY FORM FOR OUT OF STATE
PURCHASES, THAT OBLIGATION IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
